REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2013
For Boys and Girls ages 4 to 18
(birth certificate must be shown for all new players)

May 18th from 10 am to 2 pm under the green tents
at the soccer fields at Samuel Friedland Park

Save yourself some time- you can pre-register online at www.eayso.org, print the form and bring it to a registration event or mail it in to us!

Cost is $90.00 and includes basic uniform (jersey/shorts/socks), Soccer Accident Insurance
and end of season trophy

Practice nights are twice a week (nights are chosen by the volunteer coach-if you need a certain night, consider coaching your child! Free training and equipment provided!) and games are on Saturdays. All practices and games are held at Samuel Friedland Park at 18500 Hamlin Blvd.
